“The whole Rollip team consists of me and one freelancer (who helps with promoting the site) and some contractors helping with designing the filters. So i’ve done most of the things available on the site myself, including the development and design of the website.

I came up with the idea after browsing through some old family polaroids, and thought it would be really cool if people could have the same effect online, but for new digital photographs, to enliven them up a little. So more effect will be added, and probably more ‘emulations’ like Kodak’s 110 is something i’d love to offer. The main focus of the effects will stay on usable natural looking effects, though some will be more ‘extreme’ effects. The idea is to offers somewhere around 200 filters in the ends. ”

After a long time I have decided to launch this time. I have bought this domain year ago but didn’t have time to create a website and now when I do, I am going to do it.

This site is going to be about graphics. It won’t just be a resource site, it will be a discussion place for graphics, too. I will try to update it every day so check back soon.
